Yoga in the Pavilion: You could come twice a week!

June 10, 2015

Yes, the astilbes and hydrangeas are a great reason to come take a walk here.  But wait, there’s more!  The Woodlands Pavilion is a perfect setting for yoga.  Two instructors are returning: Betsy on weekend mornings and Aditi on weekday evenings. We hope one of these sessions will suit your schedule.

Join Aditi Bhardwaj in the Pavilion

THURSDAYS FROM 5:30 – 6:30 PM beginning June 4th

Stretches and deep breathing will be the focus of yoga sessions on Thursdays. It will include gentle and active routines that linger on postures or work through a flow sequence, tailored to suit the audience and the mood of the day.

Join Betsy Root in the Pavilion

SATURDAYS FROM 9:30 – 10:30 AM beginning June 6th

In meditative flow, we move through breath work, warm up movements, and postures with an emphasis on cultivating strength, flexibility, and non-judgmental self-awareness. Prior yoga experience is beneficial, though we offer modifications to make the class accessible.
